Our patented cutting process is used for very complex geometries or for smaller batch sizes coupled with short delivery times. Here, contours are cut in the foam continuously in one step from a large foam block. This creates very sharp and true-to-form contours. The foam itself retains its excellent softness and uniformity as well as all properties, such as the fire class and the thermal conductivity value. Above all, the foam retains its closed cell structure and does not absorb moisture.
