Our expertise is in profile extrusion – and we offer our customers tailor-made and technically advanced extrusion solutions produced at state-of-the-art production facilities. With a total area of over 80,000 m², we have sufficient space for the warehousing, picking and development of plastic profiles. We produce multi strand tooling as well as apparatuses, peripheral equipment and machines to optimise the production process in extrusion technology. If necessary, we tailor extruders to the needs of our customers. In this way, we create high-quality special machines. And our customers get exactly the right profile.
Foaming
The upgrade in terms of Insulation
Foaming achieves even better values: Thanks to decades of experience, we have mastered a wide range of foam technologies – and are also undertaking developments in this area. In this way, we strive to continuously improve our materials in terms of sustainability and environmental friendliness. Strong thermal insulation, reliable fire protection and the highest level of contour accuracy remain our main focus.
Cutting
Short delivery times – very complex geometries – small batch sizes:
Our patented cutting process is used in all these cases. Here we cut contours in the foam continuously in one step from a large foam block. This results in very sharp and true-to-shape contours with a surface that feels rough.
The foam itself retains its excellent softness and uniformity as well as all properties, such as the fire class and thermal conductivity value. Above all, the foam retains its close cell structure and does not absorb moisture.
Our production chain
From Powder or Granulate to a Profile – and off out into the world
Raw materials
Our high-quality raw materials are delivered by truck in powder or granulate form and stored in large silos.
Silos and mixing facility
The different plastics and additives are mixed into the material in the mixing facility precisely according to the customer's wishes and specifications.
Pipe systems
The material is transported through pipes to the extruders to ensure a continuous supply of material.
Quality assurance
Profiles from a production run are continuously checked here on a random basis against different quality standards.
Profile haul off unit
This is where the finished profile is discharged at a constant speed and fed to the profile saw.
Calibration
The molten plastic enters the calibration unit where it is shaped with the aid of cooling water and vacuum.
Extruder
The material is melted gently at a high pressure and temperature, homogenised and discharged via the profile nozzle.
Extra long pallets
The finished profiles are packed onto stable and space-saving extra long pallets for safe onward transport.
Warehouse system
The extra long pallets are transported to their defined storage location with a forklift truck.
Just in time - warehouse logistics
We store our innovative products in an area of 12,369 m² in order to be able to make flexible, on-schedule and "just in time" deliveries to our customers with an intelligent warehouse system.
Transport
We load many trucks from our warehouse every daythat deliver our innovative products to customers in 17 countries all around the world.
